JMC Projects (India) (JMC), has signed an agreement with Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation Ltd (FDC), a state-owned business enterprise of the Government of the Republic of the Maldives, for the design, finance and creation of two,000 social housing units in Hulhumale Island of Maldives.
The total fee for this mission is predicted to be around USD 137 Million (Rs.1,000 crore) and is planned to be financed through a mortgage from multilateral funding organization.
The monetary closure of the task is anticipated to conclude quickly and production on the mission will begin after the financial closure.
