This is as plenty as 1.12 lakh kg less than the offer for last week’s sale. The extent provided has fallen through over 7 lakh kg inside the closing three weeks. Besides, this is the lowest volume in recent weeks.
Of the eleven.88 lakh kg, as tons as 11.04 lakh kg belongs to CTC variety and best eighty four,000 kg to the orthodox variety. The percentage of orthodox teas remains low in both leaf and dirt grades.
In the leaf counter, handiest fifty five,000 kg belongs to orthodox whilst 6.54 lakh kg is CTC. Among the dusts, only 29,000 kg belongs to orthodox even as 4.50 lakh kg is CTC.
In all, 7.09 lakh kg belongs to Leaf grades and four.Seventy nine lakh kg to the dirt grades.
