Facing harassment and seizure operations underneath the Storage Control Order, the edible oil industry has pleaded to the government to exempt home safe to eat oils from the purview of stock limit.

Amid the lockdown, the authorities imposed inventory limit on oils beneath the Storage Control Order, 1977.
