Gujarat government will begin the procurement of groundnut crop from November 1.
“We will begin procurement of groundnut at the Minimum Support Price (MSP) from Labh Panchami (or November 1),” Chief Minister Vijay Rupani said. The Business Line suggested.
As in line with the state-of-the-art authorities estimates, the groundnut output within the State is predicted at 32 lakh tonnes – almost double that of final 12 months.
Market fees have already slipped to Rs four,000 and traded within the variety of Rs four,000-4,100 a quintal in Gujarat.
