Mills are predicted to overwhelm 109.6 million tonnes of sugarcane to produce an predicted eleven.2 million tonnes of sugar. About 193 sugar mills in the State are predicted to start operations.
The assembly discussed bringing sugar cultivation under drip irrigation and asked agriculture officials to release attention campaigns. Sugar manufacturing will increase with drip irrigation, the committee stated in a press declaration.
Meanwhile, 112 personal and co-operative sugar generators have ethanol manufacturing vegetation inside the State. Together, these generators plan to produce 206 crore litre ethanol.
