Agro-centric National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) plans to release options buying and selling in four new contracts namely, guargum, soybean, delicate soy oil and chana inside two weeks.
Currently producing a day by day common turnover of round Rs 40 million in guarseed options, its simplest agro contract currently, the trade has already obtained approval from the markets regulator the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to launch options trading in those additional commodities.
“We have acquired Sebi approval to launch alternatives trading in 4 new products – guargum, soybean, subtle soy oil and chana on Friday. All other pre-launch preparations are finished.
