Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) led with the aid of Mukesh Ambani, on October 06 introduced that a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) will invest Rs. Five,512.50 crore for 1.2% stake in its retail arm.
The fairness valuation of Rs. Four.3 lakh crore for Reliance Retail is consistent with the previous offers and RIL has to date raised Rs. 37,710 crore from main worldwide investors inclusive of Silver Lake, KKR, General Atlantic, Mubadala, GIC, TPG and ADIA.
