Bharti Infratel surged over 14% to Rs. 211.9 at the BSE, after it has completed its merger with Indus Towers.
The merger of Indus Towers Ltd and Bharti Infratel Ltd has been finished on November 19. The mixed entity, to be renamed as Indus Towers Ltd, is indexed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, Bharti Airtel stated
After the merger, Bharti Airtel’s stake inside the company can be over 36.7% from fifty three.5% earlier while Vodafone will preserve a 28% stake after promoting its eleven% stake.
