Celebrity Fashions Ltd had earlier introduced the sale of immovable assets of the Company. As stipulated within the restructuring bundle sanctioned by using the Company’s Banker State Bank of India for the revival of the Company in November 2012, the Company had sought the approval of the shareholders vide Special decision dated 14th February, 2017 for the sale of its immovable assets at 107A, G.S.T Road, Chrompet, Chennai – 600044.
Subsequently the sale has been concluded on 21st August, 2019 which is well in the stipulated time frame of March 2020 and the proceeds realised has been utilised toward settlement of time period loans in full.
As of these days all commitments with recognize to time period loans were honoured in complete and closed.
