Engineers India Ltd (EIL) and Numaligarh Refinery Ltd (NRL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for improvement and commercialization of technologies. The MoU was signed on March 31, 2022.
Under the MoU, EIL and NRL will together increase and license indigenous technologies. NRL is an working petroleum refining & advertising corporation with an extensive product range masking most of the refinery streams. Whereas, EIL is a top of the line engineering consultancy and technology licensing employer in the fields of hydrocarbons, petrochemicals, fertilizers, metallurgy, ports & terminals and other sectors of industry, having a DSIR diagnosed R&D Centre.
This MoU will mark a vast step inside the path of the “Atmanirbhar Bharat”.
