Goodyear India has introduced that the board of directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 07, 2020, has considered and declared intervening time dividend of Rs. Eighty per equity percentage of face value of Rs. 10/- every, for the Financial Year 2020-21.
The Interim Dividend will be paid within the statutory time restriction and the Record Date for the motive of determining the entitlement of the Members for the period in-between dividend has been fixed as December 15, 2020.
