Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) at its board meeting hung on June 27, has accredited a very last dividend of Rs. 15/- per equity percentage of Rs. 10/- every completely
paid up (150%) for the Financial Year 2022-23.
The board has also accepted the sub-division / stock break up of present 1 (one) Equity Share of face price of Rs. 10/- every absolutely paid up into 2 (Two) Equity Shares of Rs. Five/- each fully paid up. The Record Date for the motive of sub-department of equity stocks shall be on September 29, 2023, if sub-department is
permitted by means of the shareholders at AGM.
