IIFL Finance hit 10% upper circuit at Rs. 82.20, after promoter Nirmal Jain offered a further 0.12% stake within the NBFC on June 25.
On June 25, Jain offered an extra 454,000 equity stocks of IIFL Finance for Rs. 3.40 crore, according to disclosure made through the company to stock change. Post transaction, Jain’s stake in IIFL Finance improved to 12.Sixty one% from 12.49%, it stated.
