Indiabulls Housing Finance has further sold a portion of its stake in OakNorth Holdings Ltd. For approximately Rs. Sixty four crore. The sale proceeds might be accretive to the regulatory net really worth and the CRAR of the Company.
With the ultra-modern stake sale, the Company has raised a total of Rs. 2,577 crores as fresh equity within the month of September, October and November 2020 (Rs. 683 crore through QIP and Rs. 1,894 crores via sale of stake in OakNorth) including to the regulatory fairness capital of the Company.
