Shares of Jet Airways declined to Rs. 29.05, beforehand of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) hearing later within the day on insolvency plea filed via the lenders.
The SBI-led consortium of 26 banks took the beleaguered airline to the tribunal to recover their dues of over Rs. Eight,500 crore. The lenders have been trying to promote the airline for the past 5 months but have failed to discover a consumer.
