JSW Energy announced that JSW Neo Energy Ltd (JSWNEL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has agreed to collect a portfolio of one,753 MW of Renewable Energy generation capacity from Mytrah Energy (India) Pvt Ltd (MEIPL) comprising of 17 SPVs and 1 Ancillary SPV. Necessary definitive agreements had been signed between the parties. The transaction is issue to receipt of the important regulatory and different commonplace approvals. Upon consummation of the transaction, the stated 18 subsidiaries of MEIPL could turn out to be subsidiaries of JSWNEL and step-down subsidiaries of the Company.
