KNR Construction wins order worth Rs. 847 crore, L&T Construction led JV secures contract for 100 MLD Desalination Plant

KNR Construction has acquired a piece order for Rs. 847,34,61,495 from Navayuga Engineering Company Ltd, Hyderabad on again to again foundation for the balance work of “Palamuru Rangareddy Lift Irrigation Scheme – Package 10 for the Formation of Venkatadri Reservoir bund from Km 6.900 to Km 11.550 at Vattem (V), Bijinepally (M), Nagarkurnool Dist (Mahabubnagar Dist.)”.

 
The Water a Effluent Treatment Business of L&T Construction and Tecton Engineering a Construction LLC, UAE JV have secured a prestigious agreement for a a hundred MLD
Desalination plant from Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation, Gujarat, India. L&T Construction will be the lead in this challenge.

The EPC order is envisaged to provide desalinated water to Petroleum, Chemicals a Petrochemicals Investment Region (PCPIR) in the Dahej district of Gujarat. The mission scope consists of layout, production, commissioning of sea water consumption shape in conjunction with pump house, HDPE conveyance pipeline, raw water garage reservoir, sea water reverse osmosis (SWRO) plant of 100 MLD output, marine outfall device and different associated electrical, mechanical a instrumentation works. The
assignment also involves automation which include online measurements and manage of the desalination plant through Distributed Control Systems (DCS).

As part of the settlement, the JV will function and hold the plant for 10 years submit of completion.
