The Buildings & Factories (B&F) Fast Business of L&T Construction has secured a giant repeat order from a reputed and prestigious industrial developer, one of India’s largest mixed-use builders and operators. The mandate is to assemble towers with commercial office space in Hyderabad with approximate constructed-up regions of 28.Ninety one lakh sq. Feet and 28.53 lakh sq. Toes respectively.
The task scope includes civil work for the composite shape which includes MEP, finishes & façade to assemble the towers in 6B+G+22 flooring and 6B+G+forty one floors configurations. The venture is scheduled to be completed in 18 months.
The B&F Fast unit had these days built a 7-storey, cutting-edge Flight Control System Integration Centre for DRDO in only forty five days.
