PTC Industries has signed a MoU with Bharat Dynamics (BDL), a Defence PSU.

PTC Industries and BDL inked the MoU to explore mutual co-operation and business development under the following scope:

I. Design, Develop & Manufacture Aero Engines for Missiles, UAVs, Loitering Munitions or the sort of different fields in which small Turbo Engines would be required aside from Fighter Aircraft.

II. Formation of an SPV as partners with different Government / Semi-Government or Private entities as agreed to for the introduction of Defence Testing infrastructure inside the discipline of Mechanical & Materials underneath the Ministry of Defence DTIS Scheme applied by using UPEIDA.
