Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd (SAMIL) [FormerlyMotherson Sumi Systems Ltd.] and Ministry of Investment, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (MISA), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) which aims to become aware of investment improvement possibilities for commercial and carrier activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
The MoU encourages joint cooperation by using SAMIL and MISA in the development of car elements industry inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Both companions will also explore the funding possibilities in other industrial sectors as well.
Ministry of Investment, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (MISA) is accountable for the investment affairs in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Under the scope of this MoU, MISA will offer essential guide to Motherson to identify potential areas of investments inside the KSA.
