Tata Power received a Letter of Award from Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) on twenty sixth March 2021 to increase a 60 MW solar challenge inside the state of Gujarat.

The power may be furnished to GUVNL below a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), legitimate for a duration of 25 years from scheduled industrial operation date. The Company has gained this ability in a bid introduced via GUVNL in January 2021. The challenge must be commissioned inside 18 months from the date of execution of
the PPA.

The Plant is expected to generate approximately 156 MUs of electricity in keeping with 12 months and will yearly offset about
156 Million Kg of CO2.

Tata Power’s renewable potential will growth to four,007 MW, out of which 2,687 MW is operational and 1,320 MW is beneath implementation along with 60 MW received below this PPA.
