Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has been offered orders of Transformers for overall agreement fee of Rs. 73 crore from MP Power Transmission Package – II Limited. The said orders fall below the everyday direction of commercial enterprise. The Company neither has any interest in those entities that offered the orders nor fall inside related celebration transactions.
With this order, the Company’s Order book as on date stands around Rs. 1068 crore.
