United Bank of India has raised amount aggregating to Rs 2159 crore through allotment of 1,81,seventy three,forty,067 fairness stocks of Rs 10 every at a fee of Rs eleven.88 according to share together with top rate of Rs 1.88 in line with share, to the president of India acting on behalf of the principal Government.
United Bank of India is one of the 14 primary banks, which had been nationalized on July 19, 1969.
