VA Tech Wabag has secured four.Five Million Bahraini Dinar (approx. 900 Million INR) order from Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning (‘MoW’) in Kingdom of Bahrain towards Operation, Maintenance and Management of the Madinat Salman Sewage Treatment Plant (‘STP’) and Long Sea Outfall for a period of five years.
WABAG become provided the EPC scope of the 40 MLD Sewage treatment plant and long sea outfall in Oct 2015 through Ministry of Housing, Kingdom of Bahrain to cater to
a population of approx. A hundred,000 (close to sixteen,000 gadgets). The task was funded by Abu Dhabi Fund for Development. The EPC venture value become approx. 34.74 Million
Bahraini Dinar.
The mission turned into correctly finished on thirty first October 2018 put up which WABAG has been working and preserving this plant on account that 1st of November 2018 until date
for Ministry of Works. Recently, the MoW awarded a long time 5 yr O&M agreement for four.5 Million Baharaini Dinars in the direction of operation, renovation and management
of the Madinat Salman STP.
